What "no registration" actually means here
Almost every travel eSIM funnels you through the same gate: create an account, verify an email, sometimes verify a phone number, and for certain destinations upload ID. Even providers marketing themselves as private keep the account-and-email step - which means a database row with you in it, forever. Anon eSIM removes the gate entirely. The buy flow is: choose an amount, pay, install. There is no registration form in the codebase to fill in.
Instead of an account, checkout generates a random recovery token stored on your device (we keep only a hash). That token is how you see your balance and top up - no login, no password reset, no "verify it's you" email. Why an eSIM without ID verification is legal
Mandatory SIM registration is a law about where a SIM is issued, not where it's used. This eSIM is issued from jurisdictions that permit ID-free prepaid service; when you land in a country with strict registration rules, you're a visitor roaming on a foreign profile - the same legal footing as any traveler's home SIM. Yes. Anon eSIM has no signup step of any kind: no account creation, no email verification, no phone-number check, and no ID upload. You pay ($5 minimum, card or crypto), the install QR appears, and a random recovery token - generated for you, stored on your device - is the only credential that exists.
How can an eSIM skip ID verification when SIM registration laws exist?+

What's the difference between 'no registration' and 'no KYC'?+
KYC is the formal identity check (passport, selfie, address). Registration is the broader funnel: accounts, emails, verification loops. Most 'no-KYC' eSIMs still make you register an account with an email - that's a paper trail. Anon eSIM has neither: no KYC and no registration of any kind.
How do I get back in without an account?+
The recovery token. It's generated at checkout, shown once, and stored on your device; we keep only a hash. Save it somewhere durable - anyone with the token controls the eSIM, and nobody without it can, including us. You can optionally attach an email as a backup, but it's never required.
Do I need to verify anything to top up later?+
No. Top-ups are the same as buying: pick an amount, pay by card or crypto, done. No login exists, so there's nothing to verify - the balance attaches to your token.
