Terms of Service

These are the terms that govern your use of Anon eSIM. By purchasing or using an eSIM from us you agree to what follows. We have tried to keep it in plain English.

1. What you are buying

A prepaid balance denominated in USD that funds mobile data on an eSIM profile provisioned to your device. Data is metered against the balance at the published per-country per-GB rate at the time of use. The balance never expires. The service is data-only; we do not sell voice minutes, SMS bundles, or phone numbers.

2. Anonymity, and what you take on by choosing it

Because we do not collect personal information (see our privacy policy), we cannot recover an eSIM you lose access to unless you have your recovery token. Save it. If you lose your device and your token, we have no way to identify you as the owner of a balance and no way to restore it - that is the trade-off of anonymity, and it is not something support can work around.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to commit fraud, distribute malware, send unsolicited bulk messages, or in a way that materially harms the upstream carrier network (for example, automated SIM box operations reselling data at scale). We reserve the right to suspend profiles used for those purposes, and to refuse fulfillment of orders that trigger the upstream carrier's fraud controls. We do not police the content of your traffic; we cannot see it.

4. Refunds

Digital goods delivered instantly are hard to refund honestly - but the failure modes deserve real answers, so:

  • Order paid, no eSIM delivered: full refund to your original payment method, or we manually provision the eSIM, whichever you prefer. Contact support with the payment reference.
  • Duplicate charge: the duplicate is refunded in full within 5 business days of us being made aware.
  • Device incompatible after install attempt: if your device cannot install the profile and no data has been consumed, refund of the unused balance minus a $2 activation cost.
  • Balance you paid for but decided not to use: refunds on unused prepaid credit are available within 14 days of purchase, minus the payment processor fee. Beyond 14 days the balance remains on the eSIM (it does not expire) but is non-refundable.
  • Crypto payments: refunds are issued in the same coin to a wallet address you provide. Because we have no personal information on file, you must sign a short message from that wallet or reference the exact deposit to prove ownership.

We do not refund data that has been consumed. If a session ran up unexpected charges because the balance was low and you kept using data, the unmetered usage is on you - the account page shows live balance and byte counters exactly so this does not happen by surprise.

5. Coverage, speeds, and network availability

Coverage in each country is provided by the upstream mobile carriers listed on the per-country pages. Actual speed depends on the network, the tower you are attached to, congestion, and your device. We publish typical technologies (4G LTE, 5G) as a guide, not a guarantee. If a network is unavailable in a specific location, that is generally an underlying carrier issue and not something we can resolve remotely.

6. Pricing and top-ups

Per-GB rates are published on the rates page and displayed in the checkout before you pay. Prices can change with new carrier agreements; the balance you already hold is metered against the rate at the time the data is consumed, published on the site. There is a $5 minimum and a one-time $5 setup fee on the first purchase; top-ups after that have no minimum beyond payment processor limits.

7. Limitations and disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (missed connections, lost bookings, business interruption) arising from network outages or service unavailability, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the operating entity. Disputes that cannot be resolved by good-faith correspondence are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under mandatory local law.

9. Changes to these terms

We can update these terms; the date at the top will change. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes (refund rules, acceptable use, privacy-affecting behavior) will be reflected on this page before they take effect.
